CASE STUDY
As a co-founder and lead merchandise designer at Stay Happy Collective, a dynamic Seattle-based art collective, I spearheaded all facets of merchandise design and operations, transforming our creative vision into tangible products. My responsibilities encompassed the entire product lifecycle, from procurement and production to overseeing in-house sales and our e-commerce platform. I collaborated closely with artists and suppliers to ensure our merchandise reflected the collective’s vibrant aesthetic while maintaining quality and efficiency. By streamlining processes, I optimized production timelines and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations.
Beyond product development, I managed the collective’s brand identity across digital platforms. This included curating our web presence and social media channels to engage our community, promote new releases, and highlight events. I crafted compelling content and visuals that resonated with our audience, fostering a loyal following and driving online traffic. My role demanded a balance of creativity and strategic oversight, as I aligned our merchandise offerings with market trends and community feedback to maximize impact.
