When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and anything you choose to type into the business name, service, budget and project fields. I collect this only so I can reply to you and quote your project. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.
When you browse the site: standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and I use it to work out which pages are useful and which are not. It does not identify you personally.
That is everything. There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, and no payment processed on this site.
Webflow hosts the site and stores form submissions. Google Analytics processes browsing data. Email you send reaches my inbox through a standard email provider. Each of these is a service provider acting on my behalf, and each has its own privacy policy.
I do not share your information with anyone else. If a project ever required bringing in a printer or a collaborator, I would ask you first.
The site uses analytics cookies to count visits and understand how people move through the pages. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you across other websites.
You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking anything on this site.
Form submissions and email threads are kept for as long as there is a live conversation or an active project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings in Google Analytics.
If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and I will delete it.
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email jourdan@jourdanhinkle.design and I will respond within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. I will honor those requests regardless of where you are.
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Substantial changes will be noted clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
